This was a good review for what we did in class. I think I also already own the game lol.
this was a good head start on what we will be doing in class tomarrow
Thanks this was a good review
This was a good review.
whew thanks I almost forgot what we did last class i needed to review bruh
thanks, i understand this topic.
Thanks for the head start! This is also kind of a refresher of what we learned in 3rd grade.
3rd grade..!? Wow.
We learned this in 3rd grade?
Yeah, with input and output tables and trying to figure out the rule.
This was a good wrap up on what we did today in class.
the equation would be $90 + 0.50y(number of Apps) equals c(total cost)
Also x is $90 and y is how many apps you get
Very close. Remember, variable represents a changing quantity in these functions so it should not be a number. Also, try to use x as the independent and y as the dependent variable.
Is it 90y + .50x??
I meant y = .50x + 90
thx this will realy help in class :P
What happened to "Mr. Bigsby with a hat"?
He is gone for the day!! :P
He got fired lol
LOL!! He is here
Back at it again with the trick questions
He is back!!!! Watch the end
Dependent - cost
this video was very helpful. still hard to remember if the independent variable is the one controlling the dependent variable, or if its the other way around. ps. you have lots of board games. 〜(꒪꒳꒪)〜 pps. do you have settlers of catan？
The dependent variable depends on the value of the independent variable.
And yes, I have Settles of Catan, it is one of my favorites!
I have the game
And the answer is y=.5x+90
Total Cost is t
t=90+.50x (number of apps)
Independent Variable: Apps
Dependent Variable: Cost
The equation would be y= 0.50x + 90
I forgot to comment. :D
Thanks Mr. Bigsby, this video was AWESOME! I took a picture of the examples at the end! :)
This should help me catch up in the one class i missed
The independent variable would be the apps and the dependent would be the cost of the apps.
y = .50x + $90
good review to what we've learned so far
Thanks, this was a nice refresher from class! That gake sounds like fun!
This is still confusing and hard to understand what to do.
90 + 0.50x = cost of phone that month x = number of apps bought
Independent: numbers of apps
90+0.50x = y
wow! thank god for the review, I almost had to take a coach class on this. but you helped me out. thanks Mr. Bigsby
Thanks for the reveiew
A good review
This was a good review, i was a little bit confused, but it is better now(I thought i did this a long time ago)
