For #9, I got the signs mixed up. I got them right when I put it in standard form - (x+8)(x-6) but then wrote that the zeros were 8 and -6 instead of -8 and 6.

For number 12 part 3, I forgot to use the Pythagorean Theorem. You have to do : A squared plus B squared = C squared so then it would be 74+24 equals C squared.

For #4 I put b, y = (x+2)(x-4) when it was supposed to be c, y = (x-2)(x+4). I did the one with the wrong signs when I was supposed to change the positive and the negative around.

On the third bullet of number 12 I forgot to add the 5.

One thing I did wrong was I didn't add the signs for example #6 I just gave the answer with no positive or negative sign also, when I was doing the Pythagorean Therom I forgot to square c I just left it the same

For #4, I circled b, which is y=(x+2)(x-4), when it was supposed to be c, which is y=(x-2)(x+4). I forgot to switch the signs (positive and negative) around.

Wow, I feel like an idiot.
I got the first part of 12 wrong.
because I didn't do it.
Besides that, I got one wrong, but I forgot to take my test home, will update tomorrow.
Would've got a 18/19 if it wasn't for my terrible eyesight.
I blame my eye doctor.

I did all my corrections on a separate sheet of paper but for example I got #3 wrong. I chose b instead of c. B didn't have the x on 56. I wrote down the correct answer though... I'm so silly.

Oops I was looking at 2 different problems when I commented. Forget my comment above please, but for #12 part 3 , I made the triangle but I put 37 as your A value and I was still trying to figure out C , but I was actually supposed to be finding the value of A.

For the second equation in #7, I forgot to simplify and put 6 and 3 over 2x to get (2x-3)(x-3)

On #1 i didn't change the signs #3 i forgot to put x squared #4 I switched the negative and positive signs. #5 I ignored the signs#6 i just got the wrong numbers and i forgot plus kr minus. #8 i put +9 instead of -9
